All sales of Gift cards and items marked as Sale are final. Final sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.  

Returns and Exchange Policy

For exchange,
There is no additional fee applied (US only). Please do contact our customer service for exchange on international order. Additional charge might be applied depending on customer's country.

For refund,
You may return tagged items in original conditions within 14 days of delivery for a exchange or refund. There is additional shipping cost incurred if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). However, full refund would be issued in terms of store credit. Otherwise, there would be 15% restocking fee. You should expect to receive your refund at most one week after we receive your package.
